Fully Utilizing Federal and District of Columbia specific incentives, we manage to offset over time the costs of equipment, design, permitting, installation and ongoing service and maintenance.

While for individual homeowners, the Investment Tax Credit is no longer active, this does still apply for businesses that own Solar Systems.    Specifically, the ITC and adders provide some funding.  30% for the System, 10% for using American Made Equipment and sometimes an additional 10% if the  project is located in a"Lower Median Income" Area.

8 States and the District of Columbia offer SRECs or similar incentives.  The Solar Renewable Energy   Certificates provide payment for the generation of Renewable Energy.  The District, and some connecting addresses nearby, can benefit by the $370 per kiloWatt/hour benefit.     The CleanEnergy DC Omnibus Amendment Act of 2018 increased the District’s renewable energy mandate to 100% by 2032 

Immediately after install, the home or business owner is receiving  electricity produced by the system, at no monthly cost.  There are no upfront costs either.  The way this is possible, if for our installer partner to maintain ownership for five years to receive the Federal and District financial incentives.  Afterwards, at year six, ownership is transferred to the property owner!
